The fun and crazy world of Raleigh and Will
WOOT!!!
My MIL had to go out of town to visit her sister this past weekend. My friend from Sunday School, Allison, kept my kids yesterday and last Friday. The kids did well she said. I was SO glad that she was able to do it at the last minute. Yesterday she said Ral wanted to go out on his bike in the morning. Will was getting ready for a nap, so she told him that he would have to be patient and wait. Of course Raleigh did NOT like to hear that so he kept begging. She finally told him that either he would have to wait or they wouldn't go out at all.
It rained here today. Pretty hard at times. On the way home tonight, Ral asked if he could go out and ride his motorcycle (bike). I told him I didn't know b/c it had been raining. Why would he want to go riding when it was all wet???

Will is making some progress with his speech and understanding of words. Whenever I get to ME's house in the evenings, as soon as I pick Will up he starts waving and saying, "Bye" He also has the habit of just randomly coming up to you, waving, and saying, "hey". Yesterday when we were talking about the train, he did his own version of "Choo Choo" after I said it. Finally, when Gato the stray cat was in the back yard, it sounded like he said "Kitty."
We have been assuring Raleigh lately that we love him all the time...no matter what. Sometimes he will ask this when I'm mad or upset. "Mom, do you love me when you're sad? Mom, do you love me when you're mad? Do you still love me mom?" Sometimes, like last night, he will just randomly ask us if we love him while we are doing whatever it is we are doing. "Do you love me in the van?"

Ral and I went to Subway tonight. He calls his subs "Crabby Patties" since Spongebob eats those. He got in the van, opened up the bag, and took out the cheap toy. He looks at it and says, "Another one of these?? We have enough to start a factory!!"
Ral loves Toy Story 2. One of the funniest things is when the old man is fixing Woody and Al asks how long it will be. The old dude replies, "You can't rush art."
That is Ral's newest word for me. At least 10 times a day Ral looks at me and says, "You are my fweetheart, mom" (Remember, no S sound).
The other night Ral played with some of the neighbor boys on a trampoline.
Ral is going to marry Sophia from Sunday School. Im very happy about this. I love Sophia and her parents are great. Of course, Ral calls her Hophia, which is quite humorous.
